We recognize and honor the cultural diversity of our organization. We know some team members may celebrate special days outside of the observed company holidays. In 2019, we introduced the first annual Floating Day to afford team members the opportunity to take a day off to celebrate a day of meaning. This floating day benefit will refresh January 1 for your use in 2020.
For 2020, we are pleased to announce that an additional floating day will be added to our Time Off Program for a total of two floating days! After one (1) year of employment, each eligible full time team member will receive a second Floating Day. Eligible team members who have already completed at least one (1) year of employment as of December 31, 2019 will receive both Floating Days on January 1, 2020.
These floating days are a “use it or lose it” benefit, meaning that it does not roll over from year to year.
The 2020 and 2021 company holiday schedule has been approved and posted on PDSConnect Online under My Job > People Services Information > PDS Holiday Schedule.
